From December 5, 2022 to December 10, 2022, five students from Primary School No. 2 in Pisz, together with two guardians, participated in a trip to England. The trip was the next stage of the Erasmus+ Program implemented in our school.
The project involves groups of students from schools in Spain, Romania, Great Britain, Turkey and Poland. During the visit, we implemented a program under the Project “Let’s stop violence and promote mutual kindness”. Workshops were held during which students from different countries developed materials on bullying and violence among children and youth and on promoting mutual kindness.
Students working in groups exchanged knowledge and experience on this issue. There were also meetings and activities integrating students from different countries. The participants of the project got acquainted with the education system functioning in Great Britain, they also visited the school of their British colleagues.
They admired the architecture and curiosities of London in order to get to know the British way of life, and learn about traditions and cultural monuments.
The next meeting of our students with partners of other schools will take place in Romania at the beginning of next year. This mobility is planned for March.
Together with Mrs. B. Wawrzyńska, we hope that the students will fondly remember this adventure they had the opportunity to experience in England.
